The purpose of this work "The Community Method in Question and European Constitutionalism at Risk" is to highlight the risks associated with the attempt to address the multifaceted crisis faced by the process of European integration.
On one hand, the concept of the "Community Method" is presented, and on the other hand, the content of "European Constitutionalism," which constitutes the core of the unification effort.
Next, the consequences of the "Community Method" and "European Constitutionalism" are explored following the introduction of the open method of coordination and the solutions that member states have chosen in their efforts to address the current economic crisis and strengthen European economic governance, particularly with the intergovernmental shift in the Eurozone resulting in the conclusion of the Stability Pact and the establishment of the European Stability Mechanism.
