The normal structure and function of birds is a vast subject of study. This book is an evolution of a previous one titled "Anatomy of Domestic Birds," adapted to meet the current educational needs of the Veterinary Department of A.U.TH.

However, this instructional work, which has been created for use in the preclinical education of Veterinary students, is quite concise, as it presents only the necessary knowledge of Anatomy, Histology, and Embryology, supplemented where deemed necessary with elements of Physiology of domestic birds.
