    I tried them in shoes that the insoles had worn out due to use and I kept them for 2 more years.

    Then, I tried them in new shoes with hard insoles and now I walk long distances much more comfortably.

    Keep in mind, although they may fit as an extra insole, it’s likely that you will need to replace the stock insole with these.
