This specific device is pointless. It has a weak motor and a small bucket. When the ice cream is frozen, it struggles and doesn't churn it well. When the mixture is liquid, it doesn't freeze it properly as the bucket is not sufficient for cooling and material sticks to the frozen walls. Now I freeze the mixture and then blend it with a mixer. The bucket might be good for a bucket, I don't know...

    I've had it for 2 years and I've made a lot of ice cream with this one. I bought it for around €45 if I remember correctly. To make proper ice cream, the bowl must be placed in the freezer for at least 20-24 hours. The total mixture should not exceed 800 ml because it will expand (it will become like a slush) and overflow. Be careful with the fastening and test with your hands to ensure it won't come undone (it's a bit tricky). Finally, the slush-like mixture should be placed directly into a chilled metal bowl, preferably covered with cling film or a lid, and immediately frozen; otherwise, it will start to melt and lose volume. However, there are several secrets to tasty ice cream, e.g., sheep's milk, cream with a lot of fat, honey, etc. For good recipes, chatgpt is quite helpful. Have a great summer!

It is not very user-friendly, sometimes the ice cream did not freeze, and sometimes it froze quickly and I was afraid that the wing stirring it would break. Although I carefully read the instructions, I needed to watch some videos on the internet to operate it correctly. The bucket has a mixture capacity of 900mL, which results in an ice cream volume of 1,800mL=1.8L.
