About seven hundred years ago, in the dense forests of Radonezh, just outside Moscow, a humble hermit built a small wooden church and dedicated it to the Holy Trinity. A few years later, the reputation of his holy life began to spread everywhere. People started to come to seek his counsel, and princes considered it an honor to speak with him. Today, in place of the small church, a glorious monastery stands tall.

But what happened to that humble hermit? The new book in the series "The Wireless Messengers of God" is inspired by the life of Saint Sergius of Radonezh. The authors are Christina Chatzithanasi-Dania and George Dania, who we first got to know through the book "Christ Among Us." The impressive and robust illustrations that capture the atmosphere of the time are by Angeliki Delechá.
