5 stars because it seems to do the job, but the cons for me are 1) it's quite sweet and 2) it clumps and annoys me. I would definitely buy it again if I can't find a product that doesn't have the above 2 issues.
5 αστέρια γιατί φαίνεται ότι κάνει δουλειά, αλλά στα μείον του για εμένα 1) αρκετά γλυκό και 2) σβολιάζει και μου σπάει τα νεύρα. Σίγουρα θα το έπαιρνα ξανά εάν δεν βρω προϊόν να μην κάνει τα 2 παραπάνω.

Είναι η πρώτη φορά που το πήρα, νομίζω οτι έχω κάποια βελτίωση... έκοψα ένα αστέρι για τη γεύση blackcurrant γιατί δεν παλεύεται με τίποτα... κλείνω τη μύτη μου για να το πιώ. Παράγγειλα και το μήλο τώρα θα επανέλθω για τη γεύση του. Για το ανακάτεμα που διάβασα στα σχόλια δεν είναι τίποτα τρομερό, απλά λίγο παραπάνω θέλει με το κουταλάκι για να διαλυθεί, μην το κάνουμε τόσο θέμα...

I have a chronic issue with my knees and I drank 2 boxes but didn't see any difference in my knees. Maybe for those who don't have a serious problem it might help, it's good to try and find what suits you. The truth is that in my case, few supplements have helped.

Well, starting flexit 25 days ago, I didn't see any particular difference, just a feeling that something might be happening, but without any significant result... In short, disappointment...
Suddenly on the 20th day I wake up and feel my legs better... I don't think I've solved the problem permanently, but I don't hurt on the stairs, just a minimal discomfort that seems to be going away too... I continue with the second box that I had already purchased and I continue to feel much better... I will return after finishing the second box.
P.S.: I do isometric exercises for my knees every other day.
- After taking 2 boxes (40 days), my knees were incredibly better. While I used to have pain on stairs, after the second box the pain became minimal to nonexistent.
And while I was doing well, a friend recommended that I continue with some unknown product from the pharmacy. Which had no effect and in fact, the pain returned in my left knee. I am going back to flexit plus physical therapy
Θα πω τι έχω κ τι έκανε σε μένα μέχρι τώρα.
- ελαφριά χονδροπάθεια κ στα δύο γόνατα
- οίδημα στο πρόσθιο κ πλαϊνό χιαστό τού δεξιού γόνατος
- οίδημα στο οπίσθιο κέρας του έσω μηνίσκου κ των δύο γονάτων
Συμπτώματα πόνο στις σκάλες, και στις απότομες εναλλαγές βάρους σώματος.
Λοιπόν ξεκινώντας το flexit πριν 25 μέρες, δεν έβλεπα κάποια ιδιαίτερη διαφορά, απλά μια αίσθηση ότι κάτι ίσως να γίνεται, αλλά χωρίς ιδιαίτερο αποτέλεσμα... Με λίγα λόγια απογοήτευση...
Ξαφνικά την 20η μέρα ξυπνάω κ νιώθω τα πόδια μου καλύτερα... Δεν θεωρώ ότι έλυσα δια παντός το πρόβλημα, αλλά δεν πονάω στην σκάλα, απλά μια ελάχιστη ενόχληση με τάση να φύγει κ αυτή... Συνεχίζω στο δεύτερο κουτί που ήδη είχα αγοράσει κ συνεχίζω να τα νιώθω πολύ καλύτερα... Θα επανέλθω μετά την λήψη κ του δεύτερου κουτιού.
Υ. Γ: κάνω μέρα παρά μέρα και ασκήσεις ισομετρικες για τα γόνατα μου.
- Μετά την λήψη 2 κουτιών (40 μέρες), τα γόνατά μου ήταν τρομερά καλύτερα. Ενώ πριν πονούσα στις σκάλες, μετά το δεύτερο κουτί ο πόνος έγινε ελάχιστος έως ανύπαρκτος.
Και ενώ πηγαινα καλά, μου σύστησε ένας φίλος μου να συνεχίσω με κάποιο άγνωστο από φαρμακείο. Το οποίο δεν είχε καμία επίδραση κ μάλιστα στο αριστερό γόνατο επανήλθαν οι πόνοι. Επιστρέφω πάλι στο flexit συν φυσικοθεραπεία
