The Metabo WE 26-230 MVT Quick angle grinder is a power tool with a 2600 W Metabo Marathon motor and a disc diameter of up to 230 mm. The motor features patented dust protection, while the soft start limits the starting current. Electronic protection shuts off the motor if the disc jams and protects against overload and accidental restart.

The Metabo Quick system allows tool-free disc changes, while the guard can be adjusted without tools and locks against rotation. Metabo VibraTech (MVT) incorporates a vibration-damping system and an anti-vibration auxiliary handle that can be fitted in three positions. The main handle rotates, while automatic shut-off is activated when the carbon brushes become excessively worn.
