I applied it for 1 month following the instructions to the letter. It seems to have done the job as my nails have become harder and don't break. I did a semi-permanent reinforced manicure after 1 month, so I don't know how my nails will be without the treatment if I remove the manicure. If they start breaking again, it means it didn't work.
