See Description & SpecificationsExcellent ball. It is as hard as it needs to be. I chose this one because I work out a lot and I was not disappointed. I have issues in some spots on my upper trapezius. With daily use for 2-3 minutes, I feel much relief. It definitely helps! Highly recommended!
it is hard but it helps with plantar fasciitis.. along with physiotherapy of course.. shockwave.. I struggled for a few years but now I am fine.. thank God
A bit expensive, but it's good. Much superior quality compared to the plastic ones. Personally, it's worth the money (..you definitely pay a bit extra for design and marketing!! :P ).
