I have had it for about 6 years and it hasn't had any issues!!!! With daily use! The plates haven't worn out and it cooks like the first day!! The only drawback is the slightly uneven heat distribution but despite that I recommend it with my eyes closed!!

The machine is amazing. The only downside is that it takes about 5 minutes to reach temperature. Otherwise, it cooks perfectly, has very good construction, and is extremely convenient to use.

The plates take longer to heat up compared to the previous toaster. Otherwise, good build quality and the plates are easy to clean.

After reading the comments, I decided to buy it but it's a waste of money! It is very heavy and does not cook evenly. Across the entire surface of the plate, it only cooks in the center and after 7 months of use, the bottom plate does not work.

Very good quality, it gives you the impression that it is professional. Efficient, practical. Relatively large size, it comfortably fits 4 toasts, maybe even 6 if you squeeze them a bit.

Very good. It toasts the sandwich evenly and the cheese has time to melt at the same time as the bread is properly toasted. Value for money.

It has an adjustment for the distance between the plates, like the professional ones, so you can achieve the perfect toast. It doesn't have the classic heating element inside, the top surface doesn't get hot.

The main criterion was to get one with an On/off button. I had a Tefal Minute Grill for at least 10 years but plugging and unplugging it every time really bothered me.
This one seems to heat up a bit slower than the Tefal but it seems to have a more even heat distribution on the plates. The way the top panel moved on the Tefal was more convenient for better contact with larger sandwiches, for example, but for simple everyday use for toasties etc., this one is also great. I haven't used it as a grill (nor do I intend to) so I can't give an opinion on that.

The toast is grilled quite well but there is a big problem with the grill. It draws the oils from the meats into the toaster..!!..I don't know if mine was faulty, but anyway I sent it back..

very nice large toaster, it grills up to 3, it grills stronger in the middle but the difference is very small, we have had it for 4 years, nothing has happened to it and with almost daily use

It's good for toast. But that's about it. If you want it to grill meat or something more 'serious', forget it – it doesn't have the power and your money will be wasted. For making toast it's ok, but there are cheaper ones that do the same job, so it's better not to spend much. It's a shame for the money I spent just to make toast because as for the grill it claims to be, it doesn't even come close.

If you only want to make toast you can get a smaller one.
We grill toast and bacon on the side so the size suits us.

For making simple toast it's good, but if you grill some meat or vegetables, the juices do not collect properly on its bottom tray. It gets messy everywhere, juices and fats run all over, and it's hard to clean it properly. For a simple toast it's not worth the money, you can do the job with a cheaper machine; for grilling meat, forget it!

It never worked, the first time the plates barely warmed up after a long time and the next time they never heated up at all!!
The product was returned, I got a refund and bought another brand!!

Overall everything is good, but it takes time to get used to the cooking times and temperatures if you are coming from something simpler and mainly, you need to learn how to lock the top plate at the right heights so it doesn't press down on what you want to cook. If you are just interested in making toast, you'd better get something else because it requires a bit more effort and attention to achieve the right result. P.S.: I wouldn't say it heats up fast enough...

The single grilling plate does all the work, for meat it takes quite a while, better to get a grilling plate to put on a gas stove. For sandwiches, there is NOTHING better at this price, otherwise you move to professional equipment.

I have been using it for 4 months now, but not as a grill. Mainly for toasting sandwiches and warming slices of bread from the freezer. The truth is that based on the price, reviews, and wattage, I expected it to perform better. Quite slow without even cooking. The center of the plate heats up more, resulting in the edges lagging in warming/cooking. However, it has a stable and sturdy construction.

Very good for the job I got it for (to make toast and tortillas). The mechanism that changes levels is very convenient. As is the one that collects any oil/fat. I haven't tried putting food in to use it as a grill.

Good and sturdy construction, cooks very nicely. The only thing I didn't like is the "outlet" for the leftovers that comes out the back and it's a bit difficult to clean from there.

Amazing toaster, very satisfied. It has an adjustable step on the side, so it doesn't need to crush the toast or sandwich or whatever you place in it with its weight. The plates are removable, so there is ease in cleaning. Overall, a very good product.

The best choice!! It cooks properly, nicely, and quite quickly. It makes toast and skewers wonderfully. It cleans very easily and no food sticks. I highly recommend it.

I'm getting it for the second time in the same color (red). Its sensitive point is its switch, which is also repairable

Bulky and doesn't clean easily. Also, while it is a quality construction, they included PLASTIC materials (drawer, connectors, etc.) for no reason that break easily. What a shame.

I have had it for over 4 years, big, heavy, and sturdy with its pros and cons. It could be a bit faster. The best thing it does is that you can heat up frozen pizza in the following way. You place the top plate relatively high so that it doesn't touch the pizza from above and set the thermostat to low. In about 5 minutes, the pizza is warm and crispy, not soggy like it comes out of the microwave.

Just received it... First of all, I have to say that it is a sturdy construction and not fake plastic!! Also, it is amazing for toasts and sandwiches that I use it for!! It heats up quickly and grills wonderfully... personally, if I wanted to grill meat or anything else, I would get a different product and not a toaster-grill!!
It's worth its money!!! The plates come out with a simple button.... they are easy to clean!!! I recommend it to anyone who wants something of quality, although the prices are a bit steep for our days!!!

The fats are removed with a paper towel, very easily, it opens completely for grilling multiple meats or adjusts in height to prevent food from getting squashed. Quick preheating, the plates come out by pressing buttons. The negatives are the large size and the fact that the grease container may have needed a different receptacle.

Sturdy construction that you think will be a very good machine. Unfortunately, it takes a long time to heat up, does not bake evenly, and generally does not heat the plates very well. I had a similar one from Kenwood before, cheaper and much better baking. I regretted it a lot..

A very good product, it doesn't require special care, but it definitely doesn't tolerate mishandling either. If you take care of it, it will take care of you and you will enjoy cooking, from toast to meat!!
