I have owned this for 2 years and six months. My use has been amateur. I took care of it because I liked its power, its grip,... (I have the whole series). However, one morning two months ago, it gave up... Fortunately, I had extended the warranty (Caution!!! Just because you extended it and two years have passed does not mean they don't want the proof of purchase!!! Keep it until the extension expires!) I sent it to the company, and they told me that the circuit board burned out... For Bosch, I consider this unacceptable... Nevertheless, they repaired it, and they were professionals in every sense of the word, but if I hadn't extended it, I would have had to throw it away...
Anyway, while I was a Bosch fan, now I will buy knowing that after two years (which applies to most companies) it may break down, and I could be left without a tool even though I paid much more for it than for some other.
Oh, globalization... Oh, China...
Update 10/26/2024:
Today, the same thing happened again. It stopped working after light use.
Purchased 02/18, broke down for the first time 06/20, and now 10/24 it broke down again. I am very satisfied with the work it has done, but I did not expect it to break down so often. The saw and the drill driver from the same series that I bought in '17 still have not had any issues.
Κατοχος αυτου για 2 χρονια και εξι μηνες. Η χρηση του ερασιτεχνικη. Το προσεχα γιατι μου αρεσε η δυναμη του, η λαβη του,... (εχω ολη την σειρα). Ομως ενα πρωι πριν δυο μηνες παρεδωσε πνευμα... Ευτυχως ειχα κανει επεκταση της εγγυησης (Πρισοχη!!! Δεν σημαινει επειδη κανατε την επεκταση και περασαν τα δυο χρονια δεν θελουν την αποδειξη αγορας!!! Να την εχετε μεχρι να ληξει και η επεκταση!) Το εστειλα στην εταιρια και μου ειπε οτι καηκε η πλακετα... Για Bosch το θεωρω απαραδεκτο... Παρολα αυτα το επισκευασαν και ηταν Επαγγελματιες με ολη την σημασια της λεξης, αλλα αν δεν ειχα κανει επεκταση επρεπε να το πεταξω...
Παντως ενω ημουν BOSCHακιας τωρα θα αγοραζω ξεροντας οτι μετα τα δυο χρονια (που ισχυει για τις περισσοτερες εταιριες) μπορει να χαλασει και να μεινω χωρις εργαλειο παρολο που το πληρωσα πολυ πιο ακριβα απο καποιο αλλο.
Α ρε παγκοσμιοποιηση.. Α ρε Κινα...

Σήμερα πάλι τα ίδια. Σταμάτησε να δουλεύει μετα απο ελαφριά χρήση.
02/18 αγοράστηκε , 06/20 χάλασε πρώτη φορά και τώρα 10/24 χάλασε ξανά. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος απο τις εργασίες που εχει βγάλει αλλα δεν περίμενα να χαλάει τόσο συχνά. Το πριονακι και το δραπανοκατσάβιδο της ίδιας σειρά που αγόρασα το 17 ακόμα δεν έχουν πάθει τίποτα.
