    I bought the lens 2 days ago, I have 2 others from XSTAR and I trust it.... In this specific one, I give it 1 star for the following reason. It has a circular opening, which means that in order to go to the strong light, you have to click 3 times because it starts from very low, then stronger, and so on... It doesn't remember the last opening.. And if you want to see something quickly, you have to go through 3 lighting stages.. Now, as a lens, it is sturdy, durable, and seems to be of good quality... For this reason that I mentioned above, I wouldn't buy this specific one again, although XSTAR ones are very good

    A quality, powerful, and beautiful everyday flashlight. With an LG MG1 3500mAh, it gets you through almost all tasks, even though it's tiny! The open light (wide beam) is very practical for daily work. Minus the difficult switch. I easily solved it with a rubber washer inside the cover that hits the switch! With an easy switch now, I enjoy using it every day.... Because at 1000 lm and 5800cd, it helps me close storage, move logs from the shed to the house, that's all it takes! For mountains, hunting, and other missions, you need more lm and over 20000 cd..... That's why I say again, it's a good "everyday" flashlight.....

    So, the XTAR WK18 PEACER 1000Lumen flashlight is incredibly powerful, it has amazing autonomy with a Samsung 18650 2.5Ah battery (I recommend it) lasting approximately 3.5 hours at 1000 lumens.
    - It has a beacon mode (slow strobe) which is ideal for cycling.
    - The LED is XLamp® CREE-XM-L2-U3 with a lifespan of 50,000 hours (You will hear or see it for 5,000 hours, NOT true!!!)
    - The unlocked LED can deliver 1,198 lumens, but Xtar has it set at 1000 lumens because the circuit board would melt. We're talking about a BEAST.
    - The body is durable with very good paint. It easily withstands falls from 1.5m+.

    Be careful with the 1000 lumens, do not point it at animals or people, it is extremely powerful.

    I recommend it as a flashlight for hiking or mountaineering.
