• SMALL (0811210): For circumference from 76.2 to 87 cm.
• MEDIUM (0811211): For circumference from 88 to 101.6 cm.
• LARGE (0811212): For circumference from 101.6 to 116.84 cm.
• XLARGE (0811213): For circumference from 116.3 to 127 cm.

The DeRoyal PROlign EXT Boa tightening/adjustment system is used for lower lumbar strains and sprains, postural control, and enhancement of proper body ergonomics.

NOTE: A T-shirt should be worn under this brace.

Instructions for use:

• Before applying, pull both wheels out to release the cord.
• While standing upright, place the compression orthosis on the lower back area and secure with the side sealing components.
• The patient should be in a supine position with their knees bent and hips parallel to their shoulders. Adjust the side closure components.
• Secure the uniform compression by turning the knobs clockwise. This compression is fully adjustable.
