When you get such a belt, you don't get it to perform miracles or to make your belly disappear and make you shredded. Its function is mainly supplementary and supportive to what you are trying to achieve. That is, to help locally in combination with diet and exercise. I think it helps a lot just with the thermogenesis it presents in the abdomen. Other belts require electricity to do this. And just for that, it is worth its money and more.
