With great joy, but also with a deep sense of responsibility, the Apostolic Diaconate of the Church of Greece makes public the SYSTEM OF RITUAL prepared by the esteemed protopresbyter Konstantinos Papagiannis for the sacred services of the entire year.

The formation of the Christian calendar, which includes both fixed and movable feasts, as well as an annual and weekly cycle, the long-term evolution of Orthodox worship, and the rich hymnography production have made it necessary to formulate the order in which the services should be conducted for each occasion.

This need is addressed by the Ritual.
