I bought the dehumidifier on 04/11/2022.
From the moment I started it, something was not right. I called the store where I bought it and told them that the water tank is not filling up, and they told me to leave it running for 24 hours as the user manual says.
After 24 hours, I have to say that it managed to increase the humidity from 67% to 85%, as you can see in the photo, without a drop of water in its tank.
Also, the store recommended me to contact the manufacturer.
Conclusion: it was a big mistake of mine not to buy a Toyotomi, which I have had for a while and it is excellent!
Its country of production is Romania!

Although the dehumidifier I have is for smaller square footage than what I have and I use it in a basement area that has a lot of humidity and is not well ventilated, it manages to improve the climate to a very satisfactory level. It also dries clothes quite quickly.

Noisy and with vibrations. It's annoying. The WiFi is difficult to connect. In terms of functionality and performance, it's okay.

The best thing ever. It saved us. It's worth the 20 liters.

I have it for a year and it does what it promises in terms of humidity, but in terms of construction, the plastic parts creak, probably from the compressor. When it starts working, it makes excessive noise and I'm tempted to kick it against the wall. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can shake it or give it a little hit and it stops. Although I realized late that others have the same problem, of course I would have gone for a more expensive model if I knew, and it will be difficult for me to choose this specific company again.

A product that after three years of use, I would say it's worth its money.

I will mention three points:
It is not at all, not at all quiet. Pushing the bin slightly varies the noise.
The Wi-Fi worked with some effort.
I didn't understand the Dryer function since it is essentially the Turbo function, just with a timer.

It is very good for 80 sqm that I use it and with the drying function for clothes it is really excellent! The noise in turbo mode is quite a lot but expected! I had some difficulty connecting it to Wi-Fi but with a little searching, everything is okay!

The dehumidifier is really excellent!!! In smart mode and on the low setting, it's like it's not even there in the house... The tank is perfectly sufficient and there is also a hose for placement on a drain so it won't need to be emptied... I operate it with the inventor app and it has no issues at all...

A note is somewhat like an a/c when it is working, the humidity is at the desired levels.... as soon as you turn it off, it returns in about 20 minutes... I say this to save some people like me before they buy it, who have the wrong idea of the dehumidifier in their mind

It does a very good job! In Silent mode, it is quite silent for its category. It has an issue with the application for wireless connection...

There is a noticeable difference in the atmosphere and temperature.
The device on the Low setting is not bothersome. On the second level, it's so-so, while on the third level it is loud.
An important detail is that the compressor is not audible, but the fan is.
Therefore, it is not a matter of construction and materials, but a matter of physics.
As for the App, I use the one from Midea that I already had on my phone for the A/C. I tried it to see if I needed to install the one from Inventor as well, and it connected and works properly.

I have had it for 2 years and I have been satisfied, it reduces humidity in the space (130 sqm) and the atmosphere is better. Very useful also for drying clothes. It would be even better if the water collection container was for more liters. If your space is not almost uniform, you will need to move it, for example from the living room to the rooms, or to buy a second one. I have a living room, a lounge, and a kitchen in 70 sqm and it does a great job. For the rooms, I move it to the entrance. Anyway, it is worth its money. I bought it in 2019 for 199€.

Quite noisy, mainly from the compressor and with creaking. Otherwise, it functions successfully.

Update: after even more time, the noise becomes unbearable, especially for a bedroom.

I've been using this product for 2 years now. On the positive side, it does exactly what it promises very easily. It reduces humidity immediately... easy app... everything is good. Now for the negatives... For those of you who write about tolerable noise, etc... either my machine has some defect or I don't know what to say. In normal operation, it sounds like a chopper (helicopter) for those who know... In silent mode, it still sounds like a chopper coming from a bit further away... Unacceptable plastic creaks all the time, and you want to throw it out the window because of the noise... I’m coming back after a while... the noise comes from the water tank... by putting a hard piece of paper at the point where it connects with the plastic... it doesn't make any noise.

After 1 year of good operation, it suddenly started leaking liquid from an unrelated part and now it doesn't collect any moisture at all. Maybe it got punctured at some point and lost its coolant

I have been using it for a year and I can't say that I am thrilled. If you want to use it for a small room, it's fine, it will lower the humidity relatively quickly. However, if you want it for a large open space, like a living room and kitchen, don't expect much. You will have to keep it on for many hours to achieve the desired humidity levels

In normal operation, the noise is minimal, it quickly removes moisture, and the connection via wifi works perfectly. Good purchase!

It is a good dehumidifier and it has managed to reduce the humidity to desired levels and make the space feel warmer. Initially, I let it work all night for 10 days, then it didn't need to run as much. Combined with heating, it must be very powerful. Its ionizer works fine and eliminates any odors from the room. The connection to WiFi was a bit difficult as the app initially didn't recognize the device, but then everything was okay. The 20 model has the same size as the 16, so the difference aims at continuous use for larger spaces. It is easily movable with wheels. It automatically stops when the tank is full. I recommend it.

Inventor Dehumidifier 20lt with Ionizer EVA II PRO EP3-WiFi 20L 229 euros. The best purchase! Very good dehumidifier with excellent performance and stable wifi connection. It does a very good job in dehumidifying the space. I always have it in smart mode! It doesn't make any noise as I read in the comments. However, where it really excels is in drying, completely satisfied. A dehumidifier that does what it says.

For its price, it is quite good. Of course, the construction materials have nothing to do with the character that I had bought 10 years ago. That one was 14 and cost twice as much as this one, which is 20. I believe the noise is at normal levels since it has a compressor. The wifi connection is helpful and very easy. I think the application needs some improvements. The 5-year warranty for everything, not just the motor, is very good. The 4 stars are for the quality of the construction materials. I believe it is a decent machine for the 15 days that I have been using it.

The temperature in the room also rises, and you don't feel that dampness that you felt before, so it saves you from using the air conditioner or heater for many hours.

Of course, like any product, it also has its negatives: It makes quite a bit of noise in Dryer mode, and the wifi connection is quite difficult, even though many people have this function, they don't consider it necessary.

Overall, it does its job and it's worth it. After all, it's not a coincidence that its price hasn't dropped in the past 4 years!!

After a month, it stopped releasing water and the humidity sensor was showing random readings...
It didn't show any error code though.
I took it to the invertor service today and they told me they will replace it for me...
I'm waiting...
Anyway, the Morris fan I had before was much better...
