It has very good macros. Even if you take two scoops, the macros are still on point for a calorie surplus and a balanced diet

So far it seems good compared to other proteins I used to take in the past, it dissolves easily in the shaker with the mesh, but if you try to "shake" it in a simple shaker it forms lumps.
On the positive side, I would say the triple chocolate flavor is okay, not too sweet to make you sick but also not tasteless so you can't drink it, it doesn't cause bloating.
On the negative side, I would say it takes a long time to see results, I work out daily 6 out of 7 or 5 out of 7 days at the gym with diet and so on. I don't know if it does what it promises, surely with 4 scoops a day you will see some improvement.
Once the bag is finished and I'm still alive, I'll come back for more details..

It did a great job; I personally wanted to gain weight and couldn't do it at all. I started exercising at home, and in two weeks I went from 54kg to 60kg. The taste is great, and everything was perfect. I just saw some negative comments that don't hold for this product; it helped me a lot and continues to help

The triple chocolate tastes good. I don't know why there are so many negative comments. Don't expect much in terms of quality…? It's a simple gainer with low-quality calories and ingredients obviously, but for an extra "meal" at work, it's just fine with some fruit and a source of protein.

Reading the above comment, I really don't know if they are talking about this product. As soon as it arrived, I opened the packaging eagerly to try and judge if what I read is true. Very good smell, very good taste (sweet), very good solubility in water. If it does the job, I will easily buy it again without a second thought. The only thing that slightly bothered me is the sealing tape of the bag and the smell it emits, which reminds me of Mutant products without being too annoying (if you have tried creakong cx8, you will understand me).

The worst thing I have ever bought as a supplement.. Don't even try it, guys, it's pure sugar, you can't drink this thing. It's better to get something in a smaller quantity for the same amount of money that you can actually drink, instead of this disgusting thing.. Whether with water, milk, one scoop, two scoops, three scoops, it doesn't get better.. I fell into the trap too because you can't find such a quantity at this price, but don't fall for it either. You get what you pay for. Oh, and I also bought chocolate, I don't even want to think about what the other flavors are like..

Just don't be cheap with your money on things like this, just no, the worst 30 euros of my life, it tastes like a cookie, ugh, I can't even drink a shake

The solubility is meh, no matter how much you stir the mixture, there will always be little lumps lurking. The taste is decent but that's about it, since it's pure sugar or something like that, I don't really care. For the money, you get a fair amount of barbaric dark iron gains. I can say I became a little stronger but not much. Doctor who cares.

Positive:
- Affordable
- Easily dissolves
- Decent amount of protein

Negative:
- Bad taste (I bought vanilla ice cream, should have bought chocolate)
- Too much sugar
- Caused me a lot of gas, sometimes pain and indigestion (something that may not happen to you)
