I started taking it a month before the Christmas holidays (when we eat a lot, generally!). I was on a diet when I started and I was exercising intensely three times a week. I noticed a difference, I lost fat and had more endurance, overall. I continued taking it during the holidays. It helped me maintain the weight I had lost, even though I didn't exercise as much during the holidays and didn't pay much attention to my diet.

I give it five stars because I believe that in combination with exercise and a balanced diet (without too many excesses and deprivations, though), it is very effective.

I can't say that I saw any results with its use, although admittedly I didn't make any extra effort in terms of diet and exercise. I didn't like its taste until I swallowed it. It gave me a burning sensation on my tongue. As for its effectiveness, I would say that it reduces appetite and I think it helped me not feel "down" in terms of energy despite being on a diet.
