I bought it from a local pharmacy. Very expensive. Zero results for congestion. I will definitely use it for cleaning windows.

Absolutely nothing. I use this with eucalyptus which is very good. I got this express because the large one with eucalyptus doesn't fit in my bag and I wasted my money. It's not worth it.

If you have a lot of congestion, it doesn't do anything. It's a shame because I wanted to stop using Otrivin and find something more natural-herbal. It does something for mild runny nose and slight congestion, but still not much.
