Doing market research on the internet for windshield wipers, I saw that this particular store has two models of Bosch. After a phone conversation, they explained to me that the series with the price of around €20 is Bosch China and that the other series with prices of €28 and above is Bosch Europe. I bought on Tuesday 11/12 Bosch windshield wipers from the Aeroeco Ae53 series with a cost of around €20. The driver's windshield wiper did not clean well from the first day, but I left it, thinking it would improve. On Saturday 15/12, after a phone conversation, they suggested that I visit the store for inspection. As the technician confirmed, the windshield wiper did not clean well, and after three changes with different types and models without good results (I don't know the reason), they installed the "expensive" Bosch one, and the result was as expected, it cleaned perfectly. Not wanting to have two different windshield wipers on my car because there was a difference in appearance, they explained to me that the price difference to change them was an additional €8, which, to be honest, I was not happy about, but I accepted and told them to change them. As soon as they finished the installation, they ultimately refused to take the money, telling me that it was not something for which I was at fault.
