    I used these specific vitamins for two months. I can say that hair loss decreased significantly after 2 weeks. I had a few sprouts after finishing them. Overall, it is a good product. The only thing that bothered me is that if I took it on an empty stomach in the morning, it made me dizzy and nauseous.
