What do users say? AI-generated summary

The overall picture is positive: the adapter works as expected and allows charging and audio playback through a 3.5 mm jack at the same time. It is used to connect an iPhone to car speakers and for gaming on an iPad, with no issues reported in most cases. However, one review says it doesn’t work with certain iPhone models.

Far away kids, it doesn't work with devices like iPhone 7 & 10 tested and on iPhone 12. Unacceptable for such a company.

    It does what it promises.
Charges and provides sound to the jack simultaneously.
If it doesn't work with a USB type C charger, try changing the direction of the USB on the adapter/charger.

It does exactly what I need. It allows for charging the iPhone while simultaneously sending Apple Music to the car speakers through the aux.
