I had been using the product for years and it was ideal for very dry, chapped lips. The old formula offered real protection and long-lasting results without a heavy or sticky feeling.

Unfortunately, the formula has changed without being clearly stated on the packaging. The new formula has a completely different texture – oilier, stickier, and noticeably less long-lasting. For those of us who were used to and trusted the previous version, the difference is obvious and disappointing.

I would appreciate greater transparency when such significant changes are made to a product.

Good lip balm hydrates and soothes while it's on the lips (it has lasting power), however, on my lips, the hydration doesn't last long after it has dried and absorbed compared to top-tier lipsticks in its category. Also, the "repair" it claims to provide is not satisfactory for me.
P.S. In a week, the packaging tore on both sides, it's the first time this has happened to me and no response from the company.

Treatment for acne, I have tried everything commercial, from super, vaseline, ointment, I even asked my trusted pharmacist to make a similar cream with vaseline that was satisfactory. When my colleague suggested this, I ordered hesitantly (as it is a commercial brand, etc.) I was so satisfied that I will order it again 2 or 3 times. I wish they would produce a larger quantity and sorry for the rant :)

The best for dry lips. It absorbs, moisturizes, and restores lips even during acne treatment. I have tried other lip balms and they didn't do as much work. This specific one is wonderful. I don't go anywhere without it

Honestly, it saved my lips when I was undergoing acne treatment, and I haven't changed it even now that I don't need it anymore. Its texture is very nice and light, and I like that it doesn't have a scent. However, it doesn't absorb easily, which some people might consider a disadvantage, but I like it because it keeps my lips hydrated for a long time.

Simply excellent. I have never had any issues with dryness on my lips, I use it as a preventive measure, as part of my skincare routine, to prevent and smooth out signs of aging. I dare say it works almost like a lip plumper, in addition to its balm properties. Odorless and tasteless - an extremely positive fact, for me. I apply it at night and wake up with soft, full, and hydrated lips every morning.

I have very dehydrated lips and I have tried soooo many moisturizers in recent years that do nothing for peeling. This is one of the few effective ones I have found!

It does not absorb easily, it does not moisturize, it feels like it simply creates a protective film for the lips.

Very helpful product for those who undergo treatments that cause dryness on the lips, such as isotretinoin. It is highly moisturizing, lightweight, softens the lips, and gives a very nice gloss. I am at the beginning of using it and I am thrilled. I will come back with more information.

Hydration that literally lasts. The product leaves a transparent layer on the lips and lasts for hours. I apply it at night and when I wake up in the morning, it's still there! It doesn't have any specific scent or flavor.

Since I bought it, I have replaced my lip balm with it. Very moisturizing! It needs frequent use, at least on my constantly dry lips, but it does a great job!

The best lip balm. It is healthier than the jar that you have to dip your finger into every now and then, it absorbs better than the sticks, and its scent is very soft and subtle. I would say it smells slightly like something buttery. I highly recommend it!

I have been using the Biorga apaisac lip balm for years and I wouldn't change it for anything until I ran out and couldn't find it, so I got this one. It is very good and just as good as the other one!! I already have one next to my bed and one in my bag. Also, Bioderma is usually cheaper!!

The best product I have tried so far. It leaves a very thin film on the lips without dehydrating them. It doesn't have any particular smell or taste, but it doesn't bother me since it does its job perfectly. I will definitely buy it again.

The only lip moisturizer that keeps my lips hydrated all day long and, most importantly, helped me with herpes, as since I started using it, I have outbreaks much less frequently!

I was struggling for a month with cracked and bleeding lips. I had already tried 2-3 balm sticks from other brands, and while they would slightly soften them, they made the texture of my lips feel like plastic. As soon as I stopped applying them for a few hours, the cracking would start again. I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist recommended this one to me. I tried it and within 3 days it completely healed the cracks! Now I always have it in my bag throughout the winter, it's fantastic!

Very good and fast healing of a torn lip. It is discreet after application and enhances defense against cold and dryness.
