It might have worked if I had taken it continuously, but unfortunately I was forced to stop after 1 month because it caused me severe gastrointestinal pain (the berberine), as I have irritable bowel syndrome, and at the same time it also caused poor sleep quality...

Having cholesterol and triglycerides above the limits for many years, I was on the verge of taking statins. What brought my levels down to normal was this herbal preparation, but not on its own. I have been working out for over 40 years.
I am 59 years old, I watch my diet, but in my last tests, my cholesterol was quite high: 265 total and 170 bad LDL.
With an even stricter diet and full exercise, it only dropped by 5 points.

Clearly effective product after 2 months of use: reduction of total cholesterol by 40 units, increase of good cholesterol by 10 units, along with diet and exercise that I have been following for 2 years before using the supplement.

I replaced the doctor's statins after about 5 years with Zeta colest.. after 2 months I am at 195 from 250+ overall... I prefer this.... from 170 with statins and general muscle problems and this is proven!!! although they have a cost compared to prescription drugs!! one observation, the price keeps going up.. it started at 10 euros about 5 years ago and now it's 18+++ I understand the market but enough with the excessive profit....

Unfortunately, the results of the product for me were minimal. A drop in LDL from 156 to 144 in 6 months of use and generally paying attention to diet.

I did not have the expected results in lowering my cholesterol. It probably did not suit my body.

It seems that the pill works, at least for me.

I have been taking it for 6 months. Before this, Total Cholesterol was 248, now 192. Bad Cholesterol was 162, now 125. I never had an issue with triglycerides, so I don't know if it would do anything there.

It helps my mom a lot. Since she started taking it, her cholesterol levels have dropped from the second month onwards, without changing her diet. She did not experience any side effects.

Good product, but don't expect miracles. You will need to combine it with aerobic exercise and careful diet in order to see results. As for the claim that the level of monacolin has decreased, do some research before criticizing: "In 2018, EFSA issued an opinion on monacolin K in red yeast rice, supporting the concern about the safety of monacolins from RYR when used as dietary supplements at a level of 10 mg/day." So, it was necessary to reduce it and they did the right thing.

With a treatment of about 11 months and not taking the pill every day (i.e. out of the 330 days, I took 315). Without any carefully planned diet and no exercise at all, I saw the following results:

If someone combines a good diet, occasional exercise, and the pill, I believe the results will be perfect.

They have reduced the levels of Monacolin from 10mg that it used to have to 3mg. As a result, it does not work properly.. it's a shame because it was very good.

It reduced my cholesterol from about 230 to 178. Triglycerides not so much. The good cholesterol also increased a little. I saw it in 3-4 months with blood tests before and after use.

Unfortunately, they didn't do anything for me. I started treatment with triglycerides at borderline levels of 170, the next measurement after 2 months was 220, and after another month and a half of treatment, it was 440. Unfortunately, I got a pill from the doctor. I don't know if they work for cholesterol because I don't have it

After 3 months of continuous intake (without any change in dietary habits), cholesterol levels improved significantly (Total cholesterol from 241 to 185, HDL (good) from 64 to 68, and LDL (bad) from 155 to 109).

I received them today. I haven't tried their effectiveness yet. The reason I am commenting is that if someone reads the content written on the box, in relation to an older photo that has been uploaded here in the comments, they will notice that the quantity of Monacolin (a substance found in red yeast rice and essentially the one that reduces lipids) has been reduced. The same thing happened with a similar supplement that I was taking, and they reduced it from 10 mg to 3 mg. So I don't know to what extent the previous reviews correspond to the new dosage.

I had high cholesterol, so I took the pills. After about 3 months (I took them throughout), I did tests and my cholesterol dropped back to normal levels with decreased LDL.
I stopped taking them for about 1 month and did tests again. Cholesterol went up again. Same lifestyle without significant changes.
I will take them again and do tests and make edits.

I combine them with an Omega-3 pill every morning. During the time I stopped taking Zeta, I also stopped taking Omega-3.
