WIND/NOVA gave it to me with the 1gbps line due to the digital telephone center, and it doesn't work. It has infinite functions, it is stable, you can connect ISDN, DECT & Analog phones on it, it has VPN, and its Wi-Fi is very strong

I have to say, guys, previous people have said it all. I had gone through a bunch of routers and they all had something to drive you crazy. I accidentally found the Fritz as the premium router of OTE. I saw the reviews on Skroutz and I was looking for some flaw in it. The result is that I have had it for a year now and this damn thing is AMAZING. Even though I never bother with comments, this one deserves these and more. Bravo to them for the hours I stopped wasting with other crappy routers. BRAVO

First of all, I have a lot of experience with Cosmote KLP routers and I have been a gamer since I switched to VDSL 50. Due to line issues, I can't reach speeds over 32 mb with the Plus package. I used to reach them and had to restart and deal with line instability every 2 days. With the i2 package, I didn't have those issues, but I could only reach a maximum of 27 mb. Since I installed the FRITZ router, I consistently get 35 mb with lower ping and no restarts. The router doesn't have the same errors as the previous OTE routers, which I had to change three times each... Now it plays continuously for months (the best option is definitely the Fritz, don't even think about it, my friend, get it yesterday)

After 2 years, I am facing a big problem with the wifi. The 2.4 Ghz band only reaches half a meter from the router, so I had to use the 5 Ghz band, with all its pros and cons. This particular router has a 5-year warranty, but only the first 2 years are supported by the Greek representative. The remaining 3 years are supported by the manufacturer. And here is the problem... So, back to the speedport provided by Cosmote and wasted 300 euros.

The best! I stopped using Cosmote a long time ago. I only had difficulty at the beginning with the German language until I switched it and from then on everything goes quickly and smoothly. I only had one disconnection in a year and crazy usage... if you have the money, get it with your eyes closed.
One downside is that you will probably need an extender, most likely Fritz, to create a seamless mesh network again.

    1. VoIP gateway telephone center (Zoiper worked immediately).
    2. VPN
    3. Smart Home
    4. Network management with different profiles
    5. File server
    I am completely satisfied

I received it yesterday, it is an amazing fantastic bargain for the money it is stable without disconnections I highly recommend it. I will come back to evaluate what this machine does everything the most important advantage is stable as a rock as for the speed it doesn't have much difference from what the cosmos gives but you don't have disconnections these are over for me it's a bargain for the money I gave 10 stars and with a ton of enthusiasm!!!!!

From 85 Mbps to 130 Mbps, just like that.

And if only that was it?

I only kept the DECT base to charge the cordless phone. It has anything but the kitchen sink, the only thing I regret is not buying it earlier.

Everything was perfect as long as it was working. It stopped synchronizing due to a malfunction after 45 days. I connected the OTE speedport again, and to be honest, I don't see any difference. I don't know if I'm the only one, but I really feel like I wasted my money. And now, go run for a replacement...

Words are unnecessary, those of you who have to spend this money and want reliability, give them because it's worth it!
I won't say much about its features because you can easily find them on the internet. I will only say that it doesn't disconnect, it is very stable, it has many functions, many settings, and capabilities.

You forget disconnections, freezes, etc., no matter how many devices are running simultaneously. It only took the internet by itself first and then after a while the phone (I have cosmote voip). I downloaded the application from my mobile, you have absolute control and you also see missed calls, etc. on the landline. Easy to customize (filter), (I need it for streaming on my PC). The wifi coverage at home is very good, thanks to a setting I found on a forum, the internet speed increased (from 23mbps to 35mbps).
Attention, it should be the AVM FRITZBOX 7590 INTERNATIONAL or 20002804.

If I were to rate the 7590 solely for its technological superiority, I would give it 5 stars. I'm only giving it 2 stars because:
    1) If you have NOVA and want to use the 7590 as a phone as well, tough luck, as AVM has decided that only COSMOTE and Vodafone are included in the pre-configured providers supported by the 7590. Of course, besides AVM's responsibility, in this specific case, the providers who do not provide the necessary codes to configure your phone number on the 7590 are also responsible. But here we are evaluating the specific product and not the providers.
    2) AVM snubs the Greek market, systematically ignoring the requests of many owners to add Greek support to its devices. This may not be so important for the Fritz!Box, but when you want to connect the Fritz!Fon to the 7590, you are forced to use a phonebook with Greeklish.

Attention!!! The phone does not work if you have Vodafone Broadband!!! The Internet works perfectly fine, it tells you how far KAFAO is from your house, it shows the load of WIFI channels in your neighborhood and selects the least loaded one each time, BUT in order for the phone to work if you have Vodafone or Wind, you need your landline Username and Password (not the Router's). Vodafone technicians simply told me that they do not provide it for security reasons and no other Router can work except for theirs if you have Broadband connection... Therefore, you will not have a phone with Vodafone in this case. My colleague who has Wind got the codes. Obviously, the Router is not to blame for the phone's malfunction, hence the Excellent.

A bit expensive, but no one can say it offers too little:

    - A beast of stability on the DSL line (where I used to have hundreds of errors per day on the Technicolor, now it's below 30 per week) and locked into a better speed.
    - WiFi that doesn't freeze anywhere, for example when the provider's infrastructure lost connection to my smart devices and I had to restart it.
    - Remote management account (MyFritz).
    - VPN and wake on LAN remotely on supported PCs.
    - Telephone center with its own phone directory and from the cloud (e.g. Google).
    - Mesh network with its own devices (already got 1200 repeaters).
    - Smart home with its own devices again.
    - Email notification for important events (update, IP change, weekly report).
    - And many more things that I'm surely forgetting (e.g. useless but impressive, it shows the spectrum of the TP-Link powerline kit I have).

Just be careful, Greek doesn't work for caller ID (we've been bothering them to fix it, but...).

I have a problem connecting my Vodafone phone and TV. I only have Internet (100 Mbps) and this was a great effort, as the provider is actually Cosmote and the line belongs to Hol, while Vodafone does not recognize commercial routers!!! However, as a router, it has great coverage and stability. Be careful, it only works for Cosmote even though it has a profile for Vodafone, so I have to continue using the H 300S to have a phone, hoping for some help! It has already been 12 days and I am still in discussions with Vodafone, using the old router to have a phone. I will update once I connect the phone and VodafoneTV... Eventually, after many attempts, I convinced myself that it is not compatible with Vodafone and that Vodafone is solely responsible for this. AVM did everything it could... I might wait for something to change with Vodafone in the future or switch providers (Cosmote).

I got it a month ago (I also have it in another house) due to an urgent need for VPN networking. It is an amazing router, incredibly stable, with EXCEPTIONAL coverage for a router with an integrated antenna (2 floors, 210sqm + yard without a repeater). It provides excellent Wi-Fi for 4 IP cameras, mobile devices, TV, and 2 laptops. My ISP measured a peak line speed of 81, it connects at 83, supports IPsec VPN for connection to the corporate network, and it is plug and play with Cosmote and Vodafone.

DO NOT GET IT NOW, yesterday they announced the updated model with Wi-Fi 6, which will be released in June. The one I got now will go to my parents, and next month I will get the new model (7590AX).

Simply the best router, especially in the case that your provider is COSMOTE (FTTH), you just put aside the SPEEDPORT PLUS and connect this one.
All you need is to have the correct version of AVM FRITZBOX 7590 (INTERNATIONAL VERSION) or (20002804).
You connect all the necessary cables (in my case FON1 - FON2 (Two wireless phones from PANASONIC) to the WAN cable from the GPON/ONT (NOKIA) where the optical fiber ends and of course the necessary network cables to LAN1-4, plug it in and that's it.

In a simple ADSL+ Forthnet 24Mbps connection, it immediately connected and from 7-9 download it is now consistently at 11.2, without any disconnections from the internet like before with the Technicolor router provided by forthnet. Especially when I upgrade to VDSL or Fiber when it becomes available in my area, it will be an even better investment for the future.

For dhcp off and network change, you need to manually select the provider again (with version 7.13).

Many functions are easily accessible and explained.

With its stability, it is the most beautiful router available. We even encountered Oxygen errors from the start.

Good evening, I have had this specific product in my possession for 1 year, for the following uses:
    1. VoIP gateway telephone center (Zoiper worked immediately).
    2. VPN
    3. Smart Home
    4. Network management with different profiles
    5. File server
    I am completely satisfied

I have had it in my hands for a year now at 200 Mbps and the machine simply does not exist. The provider's router gave a maximum of 175 Mbps, we were saved!

I had a problem with DSL disconnections. This router improved the situation to the point where the internet experience is no longer frustrating. It has many functions that help in finding and solving line problems.

Words are unnecessary, those of you who have to spend this money and want reliability, give them because it's worth it!
I won't say much about its features because you can easily find them on the internet. I will only say that it doesn't disconnect, it is very stable, it has many functions, many settings, and capabilities.

So far everything is fine, but I also had some speed issues. I am at the same stability, it will improve once we do some tests. I will come back in a few days

    For cosmote ANNEX B

  • WIND/NOVA gave it to me with the 1gbps line due to the digital telephone center, and it doesn't work. It has infinite functions, it is stable, you can connect ISDN, DECT & Analog phones on it, it has VPN, and its Wi-Fi is very strong

  • I have to say, guys, previous people have said it all. BRAVO

  • First of all, I have a lot of experience with Cosmote KLP routers and I have been a gamer since I switched to VDSL 50.
