Hartmann Safix Plus plaster bandages harden in approximately 5 minutes and do not require a long soaking time. After 30 minutes, they can withstand short-term pressure, while using a small amount of tape provides excellent final stability. They conform to the contours of the body, reducing the risk of constriction.
They are used for tubular plaster casts and for making masks, sculptures, and other objects. The modelling time is 2–3 minutes.
