Useful jug but after 18 months its handle broke. Other jugs have the bottom part of the handle attached to the body of the jug and are definitely more durable.

As many have written... I have bought 3 pitchers, all of them broke as you can see in the photos posted by various buyers.

Unacceptable construction for the price of the jug. For an XL size, the construction and materials on the handle should be more sturdy... Duration of use 1+ year.... 40 euros jug

The filter is good, the indicator for its change is accurate and I have been using it a lot for 1 and a half years that I have it. However, the weight is heavy when it is full, making it difficult to handle with one hand, and eventually the handle couldn't withstand it and broke. I will not buy the same one again, I think it is poorly made and it didn't last long enough...

The handle suddenly came off, it was also the last time I bought it! Stay away, guys!!!

These jugs break. See the photos. We bought two. One is completely broken and the other is cracked. This happened within the first 6 months. They can't handle the weight of the water. Also, the filter container doesn't fit perfectly with the jug. It takes effort. There are other jugs for the same filters that are much better.

Out of all the filters I have tried, Brita is by far the best and most durable. I have had it for about a year now and it still feels brand new. I highly recommend it.

Very beautiful design. The size is sufficient for a family of three. It doesn't fit easily in the fridge but personally I fill glass bottles from the jug to put in the fridge.
The automatic water inlet lid is a bit strange until you get used to it and maybe it closes a bit early, but that's of minimal importance. I had the previous white model for years and I got this one purely for the design and the color that matches my kitchen.
The handle feels a bit risky and might break, but time will tell. For now, I've had it for a month and it's perfect.
Update: After 2 years of full use, the handle broke and we're getting a new one. Clear design flaw in the product, as the handle is not connected on both sides of the jug. A jug that, when full, exceeds 3.5 kg in weight.

Very good pitcher. Large, 3.5 liters, easy to clean. What I expected from Brita, this is what I received. All okay. I highly recommend it.

Update 12/28/24 I am removing 3 stars because it turned out that its construction was not good. Since all the stress falls on the top of the handle, that’s exactly where it failed and showed a crack, so it went in the trash. I bought another model from the same company a year ago, where the handle attaches at the top and bottom of the pitcher. And indeed, the new one has proven to be completely durable and trouble-free.

It is a brand that specializes in this type of product. I have been using it for years, but I can't understand if the filters do anything. Because they should be examined by chemical laboratories to determine if they retain waste particles or not.
The downside is that they tell you that you have to change the filters regularly. And this means additional cost and pollution from particles when you throw it away.

Very good job, the water is tasty and odorless. If not better, it is equivalent to bottled water. I highly recommend it

Very good, practical and fits in my fridge and in the door. User-friendly in every aspect. Of course, the taste of the water (Attiki) changes, but it's a matter of habit. I haven't done a chemical analysis on the water to see any differences, but you immediately notice that it becomes "lighter".

The pitcher is good, the only problem is that it closes automatically when you hold it under the faucet to fill it and the water overflows a little next to it. Otherwise, satisfactory capacity and clean water without any particular taste.

Quite good, you enjoy drinking water even though the filter does all the work. Nice handle and easy to fill. However, the "smart lid" it has is not really that smart, since if the container of unfiltered water is filled above the middle and you try to pour from the clean water into a glass, it is likely that unfiltered water will come out into the glass from the lid. A minor issue, but you can't really call it smart.

The only slightly negative thing is that it's relatively difficult to find filters in supermarkets, etc., but they are available online at much better prices.

The pitcher is great, high-quality, and large. The problem is with the Brita filters, which lately are almost all problematic. The water underneath has black particles like pepper... carbon, in other words. Also, the taste of the water is very metallic. If they don't improve the quality of the filters, I believe the company will close.

We bought it a few days ago. The water indeed has a strange taste as I had read in other comments (note: the comments refer to a different model of the same company's jug. However, both have the same filter). It is drinkable but not pleasant. Also, for a family of four, the water is not enough during a meal. You have to refill it again. The filtered water is approximately 750ml.

The filter is perfect visually, but the water inlet is not very convenient because at the beginning when the water falls, you have to pour the water out until it opens, while the water has a very nice taste and aroma.

The purchase of another Brita jug had preceded, but this particular one is truly on another level. Sturdy construction and a very practical automatic water filling system. Moreover, the water produced using it is really tasty and free from any chlorine taste.

I recently purchased it, trusting the brand and the reviews of friends, and so far I am completely satisfied. The build quality is sturdy, the handle is comfortable and ergonomic, and the pitcher is easy to fill with one hand (although it is somewhat heavy when full). About a minute later, you have perfectly clean and odorless water... The whole process with the filter is very easy, and the usage meter on the top is very understandable. I would not choose a smaller capacity, this one is suitable for family use...

Very good. The Maxtra+ filter is better than the previous one. Completely satisfied. I highly recommend it. If the price of the filter was a little lower, it would be even better.
