    As a stove, I don't have any particular problem, except that the gas burners simply reduce the space you have, but they sent me the wrong burner and it blackened my cookware. I have contacted the technician for 6 months now and they haven't even sent me the correct ones, they don't give me a clear answer. Not good customer service at all

    I bought it in May 2018 and I rarely used the ceramic hobs because I used gas. I put a pot to warm up on the ceramic surface and it cracked for no reason. I called Pyramis headquarters. Their response! €200 for the ceramic glass and €70 for the replacement!!!! Thank you, I won't buy it
