    I bought the jug in August 2019 along with 2 packs of filters.
    In early December, I asked to buy replacement filters for the jug and they told me they were out of stock.
    Today, I asked if the filters are available and the answer was negative.
    The jug is fine, but it is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE JUGS. It is not possible for the filters to still not be available after a month and a half
