I bought 2 of these. Firstly, I have to say that both of them did not come with a power supply. It doesn't bother me as long as they function properly. For the first 10 hours of use, they were fine without any problems. If you know how to use them or have some understanding, then everything goes smoothly. The problem I noticed with both of them is that they ended up not having a continuous flow of material to the extent that you simply cannot use them. I think the problem lies in the gear and the bearing of the material feed. The only way for them to work is to remove the filament, cut the edge, and start again for 1-2 minutes of operation, and then the same issue occurs again. I enjoyed them for about a week, and then the problems started. If I make a purchase of a better quality pen, I will definitely talk to someone who knows the market, the technology behind them, and their common long-term problems.

Additionally, it has two arrows, one pointing downwards (for the material to come out) and one pointing upwards. I accidentally pressed the one pointing upwards and it started making a sound as if it was collecting and stuck. I had to unplug it to make it stop.
