I have had them for five and a half years and they have never disappointed me... only the ear cushions that I changed twice.. excellent headphones!

Well, my dear Razer, I find it a bit unjustifiable for the ear pads to wear out within a year, and I see others having the same problem. I bought them for 120€ two years ago, and I have to say that for gaming use, they are quite good, with very good bass and sound, comfortable even after a long time. However, for gaming use, I must say again... They are of good quality and durable, but the ear pads start peeling off from the first year, and in the end, the right one completely broke. I think for 120€ when I bought them, they don't fully live up to their price due to the ear pads.

The best headphones for their price. I've had them for 1 and a half years, very good bass, decent sound quality overall. The Razer Synapse is a bit buggy but manageable. The only problem I had was that after a year, the seams on the cushions came off, but I sent a message to Zegetron and they sent me new ones within 2 days. Overall, a very good purchase

The headphones don't play loud, clear sound and bass! If they were a bit cheaper, I think they would be a game-changer for many more people. I don't regret spending my money on them, they're worth it! If you're thinking about getting them, don't hesitate, go for it! The only downside for me is that the connecting cable is short, it should have been at least one meter longer!

I bought the headphones which turned out to be defective and I sent them back for replacement. The problem was very low volume and weak bass. After they examined them and found them indeed defective, they sent me back new ones which, in turn, had the same problem, meaning that the whole batch was faulty. I asked for a refund. I must admit I was disappointed with Razer since I was a previous owner of the Kraken headphones from the previous generation which had incredible sound. However, judging from other reviews, these headphones have a very powerful and high-quality sound, I was just unlucky

If you are looking for a headset, just buy them. They are unbeatable... especially in the Gaming and Music sectors. I truly have no negative comments to make.

Well, as the owner of these headphones for the past 4 months, I won't say much, just that they are simply the best. The microphone is perfect, you can mute it by pressing the microphone button, it's very comfortable, and I can assure you that I play for 7 hours a day and when I take them off, my ears don't hurt at all. They are chroma and have a metallic frame. Get them now! They are the best!

Stay away. I have the old Kraken headphones, and I decided to get the new ones for their color. I thought since I was satisfied with the old ones, the new ones would be amazing. WRONG. The maximum volume is about 30% lower than the 7-year-old Kraken (the ones that make a cracking sound when you twist them) (the Chroma wasn't even out back then). The Synapse adjusts the sound on its own for some reason and decreases the volume even more. In other words, it decides for me what is loud and what is not. I DON'T WANT THAT! Okay, let's say you close the Synapse and the volume increases a little, but then it loses the settings I've made to hear my metal music. They look nice, but WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IF THEY DON'T HAVE VOLUME AND EQ? Some might say "they're gaming headphones." However, I have the 7-year-old Kraken on my head, and I put the new ones back in the box because they have the same sound but no volume... Conclusion: I'm selling them.

They are the best headphones I have ever worn. They have a very powerful sound, you can clearly hear the footsteps in games. Overall, incredible construction!

Very good quality from Razer, comfortable headset even after many hours it doesn't bother me at all on my head, the earpads are very comfortable and I wear glasses and they don't bother me at all. The sound is amazing, I play FPS games and you can hear footsteps and the experience with the bass is thrilling. Finally, the cable is of good quality and doesn't tangle unless you're the type to give up wherever you find it. They are worth their money, they will not disappoint you at all, and as for the color, it is perfect. I hope I helped.

I have had these for seven months, everything is good, sound, microphone, etc. The main issue is the cable that doesn't straighten and stays folded, so after months of use, the headphones start to have interruptions and lose their sound, and you have to constantly connect and disconnect them. I also had the same issue with the USB for the PS4, just like the cable, it eventually breaks, just like the 7.1 v2. If you are looking for a headset, I would not recommend Razer

I have dropped them many times with force and they haven't suffered any damage, although your ears get warm after a while. Update: the ear cushions have worn out and come off from the inside
