Expanding the CPU Performance C series, Xilence now launches the I404T Intel - a compact yet high-performance top-flow cooler for powerful multi-core processors. The cooler scores with a silent 92 mm fan and an innovative fin design that allows easier air circulation through the numerous fins. Thus, the speed of the 92 mm PWM-controlled fan can be kept at particularly low levels. Thanks to the heat pipes that are in direct contact with the CPU, the heat transfer between the CPU and the cooler proves to be very smooth and efficient.

    I bought it mainly because of its height and width (I have a mini ITX 1155 with a very strange layout where the PCIe slot is next to the socket and I couldn't find a cooler that wouldn't obstruct the PCIe) to replace the stock cooler of an i7-3770 that sounded like an airplane when under load. Good temperatures, especially under load, but most importantly, very low acceptable noise under load (completely silent at idle and low load). Easy installation, good quality at a good price. A very honest solution
