It helps me a lot with stress. I believe I should take it in the morning, but it's not effective for very intense stress. If I take 2 pills together, it does something. Maybe my body has gotten used to it by now.

It definitely leaves a "herbal" taste for a while after swallowing, but it's logical since it's not a pill, but a capsule. The size is about the same as antibiotic pills-capsules. In any case, consult your doctor before taking them!

I believe it's worth someone's while to try it.. It definitely doesn't work miracles, but it can help with mild cases of insomnia just fine

It gives a good boost to sleep, obviously you don't expect anything more from such a product, if you expect to take a pill and fall asleep, take hipnosedon.
