For those who want it for posture, it doesn't work. I tried it as it is and it tired me a lot. I even tried it with Scholl insoles and it still tired me, even though insoles have generally helped me a lot, even in cheap sports shoes! Also, it slips a lot on tiles. Το δοκίμασα ακομα κ με τους πάτους της scholl κ πάλι με κούρασε ενώ γενικά οι πατοι με έχουν βολέψει πολύ ακόμα κ σε φθηνά αθλητικά! Επίσης γλυστραει πολύ σε πλάκακι.. Λερώνεται εύκολα κ δεν Καθαρίζει το υλικό του... Κρίμα τα λεφτά του..
