Excellent product. It gives a sense of quality when you sit on it with bare skin. Sturdy, easy to clean. Just one star less because the screw that tightens the base often loosens and you have to remove the whole product to tighten it again with a screwdriver. Other than that, everything is fine. I would buy it again for €33.

After about 40 days of use and having cleaned the lid with bleach (like any toilet) once a week, now there are intense stains appearing under the seat, making it look like there are splashes of dirt, when in reality they are caused by water splashing when flushing. If a drop of urine falls on it, a purple discoloration appears within 1 minute. These stains do not come off with simple cleaning. I have to scrub with bleach and a sponge with wire (basically scrape it) to remove the surface layer and somewhat reduce the stain (it does not come off completely). In the photos I uploaded, the stains look like dirt, but it’s just water that has splashed on the lid and stained it. I imagine the product comes with some kind of coating, which you shouldn’t clean with strong cleaners. But the nature of its use requires frequent use of cleaners.

Extremely disappointed with the purchase and the money I spent, since the first impression was very good. The plastic lid I had before for 5 years never got stained! I will try to contact the service (if it exists) for a refund but I doubt it will be possible.
