Instructions for easier use of the dictionary:
1. The dictionary is written in Demotic Greek with monotonic system.
2. The lemma is written in bold characters. The same applies to the derivatives and expressions provided.
3. The lemma is replaced by the symbol ~, where there are examples or expressions, for space economy reasons.
4. The pronunciation is enclosed in brackets and has been rendered in Greek characters in the Turkish-Greek section and in Latin characters in the Greek-Turkish section, in order for the dictionary to be more user-friendly.
5. For each lemma there is a grammatical characterization in brief (e.g. noun).
6. Explanatory terms have been used where necessary (e.g. med.). (from the book's preface)
