    The first time I used it, it had a matte result, but if it rubbed or got sour somewhere on its surface, it would shine instead of being matte, so after a few days, my nails looked like I had applied a glossy top coat instead of a matte one. The second time I used it, it had a matte result on the first nails I applied it to, but not on the rest, I never understood why this happened. And of course, after a few days, they didn't remain matte. The only good thing is that it dries very quickly.
