I understand that the title of the book raises legitimate questions. Does the Unbounded, Timeless, Omnipresent Creator need a throne? And if so, where is this throne located? Somewhere in the "heavens" or down here on earth, in the world of matter? Why do I refer to this "throne" as bloody? How is it possible for God to need such a throne? Is the meaning of these words allegorical, or do they perhaps reflect a tangible yet unimaginable reality?
The subtitle is clearer. But again, it does not provide the necessary "bridge" for understanding the title. How are the timeless conflicts, the terrible wars in the Middle Eastern regions related to the extremely vague yet strange reference to a "bloody divine throne"? Is the Creator bloodthirsty, and, as a simple person might justifiably say, does the Most High have nothing better to do than to watch, uninvolved, for thousands of years, the bloodshed that rages for His sake?
I will answer your first main question directly: God's bloody throne is Jerusalem and the Temple Mount. The how and the why relate to the largely unknown history of this city and the land of Israel in general. And the beginning of this history takes us back in time, perhaps to the very beginning of Creation itself. We will trace it together, step by step, because only in this way can we interpret –among other things– the dire situations prevailing in the Middle East, and have well-founded views based on historical events that will not be colored by narrow-minded dogmas, barren prejudices, distorted political propaganda, and religious fanaticism.
