    It is very moisturizing but not as a lip balm. It is not something you would use if you have chapped lips. It is a nice choice for the morning because it gives a glossy and soft color, or for someone who prefers light makeup. The texture is quite buttery and somewhat heavy, but it doesn't feel sticky. Not all colors are worth it, only the slightly darker ones.
