These vitamins worked very well for me, I started taking them because of hair loss during the summer, and I saw improvement in reducing hair loss towards the end of the first bottle. It should be noted that I was taking 2 capsules per day. It is also very important for me that the capsules are relatively small, and I never choked on them while trying to take them. I mention this because with other vitamins that had larger capsules, I took them with fear and trembling, afraid that they would get stuck in my throat (I have experienced this, that's why I'm saying it)

Για εμένα επίσης είναι πάρα πολύ σημαντικό ότι είναι σχετικά μικρές οι κάψουλες και ούτε μια φορά δεν πνίγηκα στην προσπάθεια να τις πάρω, το σημειώνω γιατί άλλες βιταμίνες με μεγαλύτερες κάψουλες τις έπαιρνα με φόβο και με τρόμο μήπως μου σταθούν στο λαιμό (το έχω πάθει για αυτό το λέω)
