Lamberts® MagAsorb® Powder is a highly absorbable and bioavailable magnesium citrate supplement in powder form. Magnesium citrate was chosen because this salt of magnesium has increased solubility and therefore is characterized by higher absorption and bioavailability.

In an independent clinical study, it was proven that Lamberts® MagAsorb® has better absorption compared to other forms of magnesium salts, including chelated magnesium. The powder form was chosen for individuals who require high amounts of magnesium and for those who are unable to swallow large tablets.

5.5 grams of powder provide 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value for Magnesium (a 5.5-gram measuring scoop is included in the package). Like all Lamberts® supplements, MagAsorb® Powder is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Nutritional information:

  • Per 5.5g Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) 375mg

Ingredients: Magnesium Citrate, Citric Acid, Dextrin, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate), Flavour, Anti-caking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate & Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose), Colour (Lutein).

Suggested dosage:

  • Adults: 1 scoop (5.5g) = 375mg.
  • Children 8-16 years: (2.5g) = 170mg.
  • Children 4-8 years: (1g) = 68mg daily or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.

Add to cold water. Can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Measuring scoop included.

Precautions: Magnesium intake exceeding 400mg may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances in sensitive individuals.

Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (and milk derivatives), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish, or sulphites.
