  • The quality of its materials is quite satisfactory, and it lets very little cold through for its thickness.
However, it is so short that it takes effort to keep it on the face (barely under the nose I mean - as for covering the whole face (nose, cheeks), that's out of the question), while at the same time covering the neck, and not letting cold in from either the top or bottom and hitting the chest.
And, unfortunately, even if you wear it perfectly, when it's noticeably cold (below 8-9 degrees, that is), you will still feel the cold air.
And, in the end, its purpose is to not let air through and to keep your neck and chest warm - and in that it fails, no matter how good its materials are.

Definitely the best neck protection I have purchased. It is definitely thermal and completely windproof. Its only disadvantage, which greatly undermines it as a product, and which I struggle to understand why they designed it this way, is that on the back and sides they have placed two strips of cotton fabric (almost like a knit) and from there the neck gets cold when moving at high speeds (maybe 80plus) in low temperatures.

Unfortunately, this is a very mediocre product from Dainese. This is because the collar is quite short, resulting in cold air passing through underneath. I have experienced this in low temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius while riding on Attiki Odos. In moderate temperatures in the city, the collar is fine. We would recommend you to look for something else considering the amount of money, which is not insignificant.

Very good Windstopper material, soft on the inside so that it feels pleasant when it comes into contact with your skin. The only negative thing I found, which is quite significant, is that the length at the back is short and sometimes it is not enough to cover you. I want it to be inside my shirt, a small piece so that the air does not enter. Other than that, it is a premium Dainese product. Thank you
