The secret is the correct application of 2 hands of primer, 1 horizontal and 1 vertical, and then the Isomat hybrid. Also, something very important: before applying the material, the area where it will be applied must be spotless for better results.

    Very good choice for waterproofing the terrace (without insulation), always with the corresponding primer first. In very positive or temperature difference, it is 3 degrees cooler inside the house in the summer, but also in the winter with the cold. Time will tell how durable it is, this year will be the third winter and the condition of the material is very good. Very good technical support from ISOMAT.

    The terrace was cleaned with sandpaper before application.

I consider it to be thicker than the regular and cheap ones, and I hope it will last me for 4 years, I will be satisfied. Then again, I will repeat if everything has gone well, I am not experienced in these things but it seems like a good choice.

Isomat Isoflex Hybrid PU liquid-applied waterproofing forms an elastic, vapor-permeable membrane without seams or joints. Its hybrid composition of acrylic and polyurethane resins is suitable for waterproofing roofs, even those with insufficient slopes, as the material can withstand standing water for short periods. Its resistance to low temperatures also makes it suitable for mountainous areas.

Apply in two coats using a brush, roller, or spray. It adheres to concrete, wood, metal, and waterproofing layers. It has a solar reflectance of 85% and is CE-marked in accordance with EN 1504-2 as a concrete surface protection product. Before application, the substrate must be dry and free of grease, loose materials, and dust. Clean tools with water while the material is still wet.
