    And pulling 8K resolution at 30fps is really tragic for the money! In other words, for 500-600 euros you can get a DSLR, a tripod, an elgato Camlink (to transfer the image from the DSLR to the PC), a lens (if the DSLR doesn't have one), cables, and if you want, you can also get an external microphone for the camera in case the built-in microphone is not enough for you!
