I have had better.... it's not that great?! exercise and diet... everything else is just talk!!!! the pills alone do nothing...

I have tried products from two other companies and I was satisfied.
Then I bought this product because of the price it has and because I saw that it has good reviews.
However, I did not continue using it for more than a week because it caused me incredible insomnia.
As a person, I am an animal when it comes to sleep, I can literally sleep anywhere.
And yet, for a week I had lost my sleep.
As soon as I stopped using it, the insomnia stopped too.

It has no taste...
It does its job just fine.
I eat everything in one meal though the day is abundant...
I recommend it.

Those who do not have discipline in their diet and exercise better not buy such dietary supplements... Because they will have the impression that they are being fooled by supplement manufacturing companies.... These supplements are aimed at individuals who have a lifestyle of exercise and diet.

There is no difference in taking the supplement in a diet and exercise routine. I believe it is a placebo. I continue with careful diet and daily exercise (3+ months) without anything and I really see a difference. I took it for a consecutive month.
