We live in a house where this specific one exists so I don't know how old it is. Its current condition is that it is full of grease and drips all sorts of dirt onto the food. I was shocked when I saw here that it does this from the beginning... Ours is also stuck on the full setting, buttons 2 and 3 are as if they don't exist. It doesn't suck anything, it just makes noise. If someone told me that inside there is a speaker with white noise and it's not an extractor hood, I would believe them.

Exactly the same problem with moisture. When cooking food, it starts to drip, obviously carrying along whatever it has "filtered". Very noisy with mediocre performance.

The waters you see are in my attempt to boil pasta!! BOUGHT TWO HOURS It didn't release steam and it was spinning inside the food. I first contacted the store where I bought it, then the company, and then the service that sent me a technician who tried to convince me that the machine works perfectly! And after two months of phone hassle between the company and the technician (And following the technician's operating instructions to the letter).... I am in the exact same spot, zero!!! I have to buy a new extractor hood... Meanwhile, we continue to eat the water from the extractor hood in our food. The conclusions are yours, both for the product and for the company in question.
