    I have had it for several years (with the older appearance). The trouble I have gone through trying to connect it to my Mac and make it work properly is indescribable. For years, I had it working with older firmware to make it a bit faster (it was frustratingly slow), and now that I updated it, the time machine doesn't work. I have spent a week reading every comment and manual to figure out what's going on. A visit to the WD online forum for the product will convince you... I will replace it immediately because I am tired. Far away and never again.

    Very bad product. It cannot connect. When connected to the router, the internet connection is lost. I have changed three top routers. There is no support from the company in Greece. Stay away......
