Quite mediocre, I would say. I have put them in work shoes and I can't say that I saw any difference from regular insoles. Previously, I had bought other silicone anatomical insoles for about 14.5 and they were good, and I had them for over a year. These ones seemed very thin from the beginning, resulting in the shoe feeling hard and not like I am stepping on something soft like with the previous ones. I walk a lot at work, so if someone does something similar, I consider them bad and I would not recommend them. Not at least for this price, 17.9 + shipping...

    Tested on military boots and athletic shoes. It didn't work for me in any case, they are not soft and comfortable enough for walking compared to other well-known gel insoles, and not comfortable enough for standing compared to insoles from a military store. They don't meet the base in any category. Also, they don't have sufficient ventilation, resulting in sweating and slow drying.

I bought 2 pairs in size EU 40/41, one was used in New Balance 574 No 42 and the other in work boots FTG No 41. In both cases, I had to cut it to size 40, on the notch, to fit properly. I would like to try a smaller size 38/39, it might fit me. I will come back.
