    A year ago, I would have given it a 5/5, unfortunately it doesn't seem as effective to me anymore, but it may be because my skin got used to it. It helped me a lot with mild seborrheic dermatitis for about 2-3 years. It doesn't have a scent (which I don't care about) and its texture is slightly thick for a lotion, it doesn't absorb very quickly but personally it wasn't bothersome to me.
