If you don't have a garage for your bike, they are perfect as they are very easy to put on and take off. As for the cold, even in very low temperatures, they do their job (a little cold passes through the handlebar holes but it can be tolerated). The reason I gave them 3 stars is because the hole for the handlebar didn't fit very well on my bike and I had to enlarge it, which resulted in more cold passing through.

The buttons, flashers, and horn stay outside. The material where you insert your hand inside the handle and the steering wheel gets wet, it is not waterproof, so in heavy rain, a small amount of water gets in. Don't buy them!
